1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern your access to and use of the n6666 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by n6666 (hereinafter "the Operator", "we", "us" or "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• You must not be a self-excluded player under any active self-exclusion arrangement on this Platform or any affiliated platform.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. n6666 does not warrant the legality of gambling from any specific location and makes no representation to that effect.

4. Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Opening duplicate, multiple or linked accounts — whether under your own identity or using third-party credentials — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must notify n6666 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. n6666 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to verification requirements.

5. KYC & Identity Verification

n6666 applies standard Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures consistent with responsible operator practice. You may be required to submit documentation at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement, dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement)

n6666 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published at the point of offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire after a stated period. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, table games at a lower rate). Contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Maximum Bet: While a wagering requirement is active, a maximum bet per spin or round may apply. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus funds and related winnings being forfeited.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

A wager is only accepted upon confirmed receipt by the Platform's servers. Network latency or disconnection during bet placement does not guarantee acceptance. In cases of system error, n6666 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

In the event that odds or game parameters are published in error (a "palpable error"), n6666 reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous prices, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the player at the time of betting. Stakes will be returned in such cases.

Sports betting markets, including cricket (Pakistan domestic, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments), football, UFC and others, are offered subject to applicable market rules. In-play markets reflect real-time odds and may be suspended at the Operator's discretion. References to Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC or any sporting body do not imply official partnership or endorsement.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are stated at the point of wagering. n6666 reserves the right to limit stake amounts for any player or market at any time, including where unusual patterns of activity are identified.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n6666 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

1. Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
2. Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit Platform mechanics
3. Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC
4. Using payment methods that are not in your own name, or processing payments on behalf of third parties
5. Conducting or facilitating money laundering or other financial crimes through the Platform
6. Exploiting technical bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain
7. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location
8. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or replicate any aspect of the Platform's software or content

Where prohibited conduct is identified, n6666 reserves the right to void all associated bets, suspend or permanently close the account, withhold balances pending investigation, and refer the matter to relevant authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the n6666 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or licence to use, copy, distribute or create derivative works from any such content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence terminates immediately upon account closure or breach of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n6666 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from wagering activity, whether foreseeable or otherwise
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or events outside the Operator's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions
• Decisions made by third-party payment processors or financial institutions affecting your transactions
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind

Where a statutory limitation on liability exclusions applies in your jurisdiction, such exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Responsible Gambling
